Its a scam. There are lots of numbers doing it. If you call them or visit their web site they will talk you into giving them your card number so they can re-activate it. The will use that information to spend your money.
Don't contact them. If you are concerned about your card call the company that issued the card. Use the phone number on your statement or on the back of your card.

I have an acct with this bank and got a text msg that my card had been deactivated and to call this number. I followed instructions up to them asking for SS#. Since I know a bank wouldn't ask that, I hung up. Then I called to deactivate my card.
