Found this number on my caller ID; I returned the call after blocking my number, and got the message, "Hi, I'm away from my desk or on another line, so leave a message and your number and I will call you back." I have heard this very same message on other numbers from the Bellingham area. No idea who it is or what it is about, other than to annoy me.
