Glory be! I have just won a free two day cruise to the Bahamas for two. In order to be considered for this "free" cruise, I was required to answer a few "green" questions, one being would I purchase a "green" all electric car. I gave a definite no answer. Yet, I still qualified for the "free" cruise. I was then informed that I would have to pay a $59 boarding fee per person. I informed the caller that the so called "free" cruise was no longer "free" if I was required to pay $118 up front prior to being issued my "free" tickets. I informed the caller that if it wasn't free, I was no longer interested and the call was terminated.
This call, according to my caller ID, originated in Shelton, WA.
I have received this same call from several different locations and I am quite sure that the scammers are at work with this "free" promotion.
I forgotten to inquire about airfare to the port of cruise departure, but I will remember to do so the next time they call.
I have so much fun with these fools, I hope they keep calling.
