SCAN. Left a message using a computer generate, broken English, recording of a female voice that said the IRS was suing me and I needed to call the number back to discuss the case. Don't do it.
I get so many idiotic robocalls; this one from (303) 550-9382 was a recorded message with the stale, idiotic IRS scam (I didn't wait to hear the complete message). I think I hate these calls the most since they can scare vulnerable people - like the elderly - into being duped. Interesting that if you call the number back, you get a recording that 'the number you dialed cannot be reached/connected'. Interesting that the 'IRS' does not have an active phone number (joking of course). Most of you on this thread may already know this, but the inability to call the number back is a neon sign of a computer-generated fake/spoofed robocall used by these predators.
