I received the same call three times today. After I hung up on the third one I immediately received a text saying to call 800-688-9286 by the end of the day regarding my wireless service.
The other two numbers that I received the same call from was: 408-426-8713 and 408-426-5256.
I contacted Verizon and nothing was wrong with my account, nothing had changed, and there was no outstanding bill.
Somebody's Phishing and I'm not about to be a Phish On!
they are not phishing. It is really them. I received a call from them today, and they had my exact balance that was overdue. So just pay your bill and they will go away. Not my first rodeo from this phone number.
