Who called from 3605551111

At 2:26 PM today, a woman (with a foreign accent) said she was calling from the Federal Government and that I had been randomly selected for an $8,000 grant.  I told her she was pulling my leg.  When she said "so you don't want the grant?" I said "this is a skam" and she hung up.

They have called four days in a row three times a day. They say nothing. When I called it back said could not complete the call

I have received calls from this number, on my landline, three days in a row.
I answered the first time and my wife the second time.
No one on the other end, just silence.
I called the number back.
"Your call cannot be completed as dialed..."

Every day at 2pm I get this call, I do not answer when I do not recognize and they never leave a message.

Didn't bother to answer - even the number looked like a scam
