Same experience as others here. I was busy so I couldn't pick up. It left a voicemail with very bad static that is very hard to understand. What I picked up is that I need to call back the same number before something goes to the federal claims court. Tried calling back and it said the party is busy.
I recieved a message on my voicemail. I called them back they said they were from IRS and that they were going to file a lawsuit for fraude against me. I told him that I was going to report them to the FBI and Attry General. Law Enforcement needs to know about this . They have an Eastern Indian accent , and the background was a call center atmosphere. WATCH OUT !!! 360 562-9316
I told my co workers today !! They all had similar experiences, my friend was so upset she had a break down. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM BE VERY CAREFUL (360 562-9316
The IRS will not call you. They send letters via US Mail. The IRS won't ask you to pay in i-Tunes cards. The IRS will not wish you "good luck as the situation unfolds". Trust yourself and your instincts - do not let a bully intimidate you by threats that are nothing but hot air (and bad breath). This is a SCAM.
Do not answer calls you don't know and never call them back.

Literally the same message as everyone in the comments above mentioned. At this point I wish I could call them back and have a response to mess with them. Easily a scam, I could tell by the pre-recorded message that had a super lousy skit.
It's always best to not engage the scammers (ever hear of swatting?). You cannot win their game on their turf playing by their rules. The best thing to do is to take away what they seek. A captive audience. Try not answering unknown calls-they only continue to call because you continue to answer. Also do not call them back-by doing that you are probably getting more calls.
Consider getting a call blocking device (or app for your cell phone)-they're available online and start around $45. http://800notes.com/nb/search?q=call+blockers
