Who called from 3605656645

I just got a dropped call, here in Ohio.  I didn't even hear it ring.  It just came up as a missed call.  Then when I rang it back; I also got the funky siren sounds.

Just got the call. When I answered the call hung up. When I called back, I got the siren sound.

Didn't recognize the number, didn't answer. No voicemail.

I just received a call from this number.  No message was left.  I did NOT answer the call  PLEASE STOP CALLING MY NUMBER!!!

I got received a missed call from this number and they didn;t leave a voicemail and I live in Atlanta. I looked in my call log noticed they have called several times and none of those times, they left a message. So I decided to call this number back. Guess what, like the rest of you, I heard a weird [***] siren sound.
