They call me every morning promptly at 8:05am every morning now for over 3 weeks. This sucks because I go to bed at 3am every morning. I have them marked as spam on my phone so when they call I see "Spam". I just wish they would stop calling...I'm not interested.

I WAS being harassed by them also. First, they are a Debt Collection Co. Their called by two names I know of. CONVERGENT OUTSOURCING, a debt collection agency. Both times someone called, I called back and they were rude. My case is for a physician's bill. They also use another number I know, 360-975-4756. They actually have over 50 numbers. (A friend that works for a lg. phone company checked it out for me) They also go by the name, Outreach Resources, or something like that.
TO MAKE THEM STOP, call them and tell them ONLY this after they tell you the call is being recorded, you may have to interrupt them: "I am also recording this call for my protection." (If they do not hang up continue with EXACTLY these words) "I have NOT contracted with you. From this point on you are to correspond with me by mail only. Per my legal rights from The Fair debt Collection Act, I am telling you that your company is NEVER to phone me again." Hang up. The Fair Debt Collection Act gives consumers rights. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to keep a long of date, time, name of caller and a brief summary of call.
I will make a follow-up message for those that are interested on how to legally dismiss these creeps. All the information was originally given to me by an Atty. that I temped for. I used it and it really does work.
