Advised me the IRS was suing me over a my income tax was filed wrong ,could not hardly understand the person on the other end ,

Advised was being sued by IRS, and threatened to arrest me.

I also returned the call just to tell them to remove me from their list.  He answered the phone with "thank you for calling the IRS". I said oh the IRS is on Vancover Washington now?  He then said something I did not understand and i asked if he was speaking English and he said "yes that was the English".  I told him I was reporting him and he hung up.

call said that this was the last warning call before being sued...call IRS at this number.  When called, "Internal Revenue Service" was the response; they asked for my adult daughter by name.  When I replied that I was her mother, they stopped talking....
