Received a voice message that there was a law suit that I needed to call this number

Exact same as Nancy S, except that I called the number back.  When I told the man who answered that I wanted to be put on the "Do Not Call" list, he laughed and hung up.

It was a machine said it was from IRS!
SCAM!!!

this man said I owed 4000 in back taxes and said IRS will be at your door to collect money. I said fine I will wait til then to pay.. he hung up.

I got a call from this number this morning.   Since I screen my calls, I did not pick up.   They claimed to be from the IRS and that the IRS was suing me and I MUST call back.    Yeah, fat chance.   Instead, I reported the scam and hope the government prosecutes them.    If you get a call from them, please get more information and report it at http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0048-government-imposter-scams
