When they called I asked if I could take a message and relay it to who they were calling for and they said no because it was an emergency. I told the man with a heavy middle eastern accent if it were really an emergency he'd be able to tell me now. He was flustered to respond so I hung up
They tell you they are calling on behalf of the US Federal Govt. and you are qualified for a $7000 grant because you have no felonies and pay your taxes on time.
