We have been receiving calls from this number almost every day for the past two months, so I finally answered it to ask them to take me off their calling list. I got the expected machine, but what was unusual was that I got a recording asking me to wait. I did so, since I wanted to get our number off the list, and when a woman answered, she said she wanted to speak with "Charles." There is no Charles here, and we've lived here for almost five years. I said that there was no Charles here, and I asked why they had been calling nearly every day for the past two months. The woman got very rude at that point, implying that I was lying about the frequency of the calls. She then hung up on me. When I tried to call back, I got a "number not in service" message. 411 could not identify the caller, either. I hope that the idiot woman removed our number from their listing, but I got the impression from her tone that she is the type who won't remove it out of spite.
I report all unknown calls as well as telemarketers to the National Do Not
Call List.I do not pick up the phone either.I will not do a call back.
Frustrate them for a change.
