Call from "Aberdeen, WA" - didn't answer, no voicemail left - likely telemarketer/phone bank call

Robocall asking if I had a home security system.  After answering some questions I was put through to a live person that said "Hello this is Alliance Promotions, how are you doing today?"  I said "Thanks, I was just wanting a company name to add to my DoNotCall complaint."
