watch out for this....most likely fraud....could be someone has sophisticated tracking equipment or ability and is looking for suckers. I naively and foolishly fell for a Canadian lottery scheme once an was beaten out of nearly $4000. That was through the mail but its easy to move from mail to phone.

360-591-7801 blocked number keeps calling leaving voice mails about the money I need to collect. I smell SCAM
