it's a debt collector i think.  where are you? it's weird the number is at the same zip code as I, i called back and it was the united recovery systems, but no mention of a branch location near where i live exists nor the numbers exist on the website. there was a call back from a second number but it doesn't exist on any directory online. now i'm not so sure about giving my info out.
