A relative had used me as a reference on a credit application.  Their phone is not working.  They defaulted on payment, so this company called me and asked me to have them call about account.  They are called EMPIRE.

Sounded like a legitimate call.

WOW - out of 1000 spam calls and reporting something negative, I was finally able to report a call that was not spam and was positive on 800Notes.
