We've received several calls from this number. I answered only because the number is just a few digits different from our home number and is a land line in my town. It was a scam from the ever-irritating credit card services to lower interest rates. They always say it is our 2nd and last opportunity, then call again the next day...some days they call twice. After looking the number up on Google, I was curious called it and reached a very nice man who had no idea his number had been hacked. His phone is through Comcast. He's talked to them about the problem and they are looking into it. I also called and talked to Comcast about being harassed by the scammers, but they couldn't offer any solutions. Now I don't answer when my caller ID shows the number.
