this place calls daily, sometimes more than once on different numbers. I have received calls as early as 6:30am on the weekend!!!!! I realize I owe money but this is becoming borderline harassment!!!!! I don't need constant reminders & if I had the money I would pay but obviously I don't have the funds to get these fools off my back!!!!
This place calls numerous times daily, which is harrasment. They have also called my place of employment. I have filed a claim with the FTC concerning this. The law states that a creditor may call you but only once per day, and they may not harrass you at your place of employment.
They NEVER, leave a voicemail, stating what they are calling about,
You know if they would call when I am not at work, I would probably talk to them.
