The caller was a recorded message with a female voice stating that she was with the accounts department. Clarified that there is no problem with my credit card but I may qualify for a reduced interest rate as low as 6%. She also said this offer will not last, consider this your final notice
To be connected with a customer service representative, press one. Press (garbled) to discontinue special offers from your card accounts department.  I pressed (0) and was disconnected.  

This was a telemarketing or phishing call or they would have known the name of my card company and used it.  I am on the National Do Not Call Registry
