I got a call from this number and was told there is a warrant for my arest and the police would be at my home in the a.m. And the 2nd person they said was going with me I dont know him.
Scam scam scam they say they are the irs and when you call them out they are not they try to turn it around on you and they are all foriegn people very abusive language and threatning.
Voicemail said they were calling someone about a Verizon debt. The robocall did not use my first name (which legitimate debt collectors would, it's scarier to be actually named), and I never used Verizon, being pretty loyal to Sprint for about 15 years. I do not think this is an actual debt collector, I think it's a scam to get your information.
These people used a robotic service to inform me that I owed back taxes from 2011-2015 and that a warrant for my arrest is underway. When I returned the call they said they are from the IRS and that if I paid today the affadivit that is sitting on her desk would be destroyed. This is realist and had me going for a moment until I hung up informing them of my plans to call USA government to inquire further and if indeed they weren't legit I would be informing authorities. They aren't scared, I'm sure they aren't residing in the USA! Scammers
The message left said there was a warrant for my arrest and to call them. I did not call because no one would ever call and warn you about a warrant for your arrest. Especially a robot.
