In Chicago this was used by Stand for Children in a phone blitz to support their push to privatize schools

I got one too - no idea - did not leave a message - but took a few seconds to hang up after the answering machine picked up.

Got call twice back to back. First time no one there second time supposedly a conference call from Bill Posey.  I know the DO NOT CALL LIST does not apply to our legislature but it should.  I like him but I don't like this type of calling.
