scam call on lowering electric

How do we know this is a scam?  If they really wanted to "lower my electric rates," they would know mine are the lowest ever - even P G & E is impressed.

Got a phone call from them a couple of weeks ago... How do they even get my number? Ugh, very frustrating!! I do not answer numbers I do not know but I am hopefully getting a job interview soon & I want to be able to answer the phone!

Keep getting calls several times a day from 3606339026.  Early in morning until late in the evening Pacific Time.

I get multiple calls a day from this number.  Like...6 or 7.

Ugh.
