Who called from 3606339161

It was strange.  I was minding my own business until I heard the phone rang.  By habit, I went and answered the call.  The first thing I noticed was that it only rang once, and then went dead.  Next, I recorded the number and tried to call them back.  I didn't hear a dial-tone, a ring, or anything of that sort.  Who is calling me?  I have people that know how to spoof their numbers and feel unsafe to how I'm not sure who is calling me.

This number class constantly, and they never leave a message.  I do not recognize the number, so I do not pick up.

Someone called my home from this # and asked for me by name. I wasn't home someone else had answered and they said they would call back. Now, this is the second time this # has called me and I have no clue what it is about. How do they know my name and why are they calling me. I don't know anyone in Washington.

Someone called my fiance from this number. They asked for him by first and last name. When I asked who this was, he asked if I was his wife. I was getting pissed because he never mentioned a company name he just gave some name (Sure it was fake) When I asked what was the purpose of his call, the [***] hung up on me. Obviously it's not a legit call. Very strange. I called the number back and it didn't ring, just dead silence.

The telemarketer who is laughing at you took a wrong turn in life. See while you were out making your life better they can only work a job that their fat ugly slug like appearance won't be a distraction.

Now it's very important that you do exactly as I say. When these pathetic losers call you, remember time is money, the more time of theirs you waste, the less profitable they are. Your job is to keep them on the line as long as possible then when you can go no more laugh in their ear and cream telemarketer rodeo, the one who keeps them on the line the longest wins. (my personal best is 19 minutes and 32 seconds, he was extremely upset which made me laugh even more.
