Called cell number no answer on line

No message...just annoying

they call me a few times a month and if i answer i don't say anything. i never hear anything and if you call it back they tell you all circuits are busy. one of these days i'm going to get one of the apps that blocks numbers......

Left a message just saying "hello, hello" when I called back it said the number wasn't in service.

these calls are a form of harassment and need to stop
