i get calls from them all day every day. they have the wrong address listed for my businses (my old address is actually now my competitor) but they refuse to update the listing. they say i have to call google to do that. when i have never ever authorized being listed anywhere by anyone. Its not a "free listing" because he tried to sell me a website for $200 repeatedly, called me dumb and stupid when i got aggressive with him, said that i have to call google to fix my address and that it'll take 5-6 months!! .. and then after i was done being rude as hell to him, he told me that i wasn't going to get any business. fun times.

no one talked, they just hung up, gathering phone numbers of live people so they can sell lists "of people " to companies- who actually answer their phone otherwise, they can't charge for the number. Here is the problem, my clients come from answering my phone, don't answer the phone, they will leave a message and then you can call them right back.
