The caller, Senior Alert ( on my phone ), called us again @18:38, 13/18/2013, while we were out of town. Since I received many calls from Senior Alert, but different area codes & numbers. I returned the call. The message said:
we can used Automatic Opt Out, 999666 xxxxx. to remove my numbers after 72 hours .They tried to follow FCC, giv's rule.. Each times the used different number to call us. According www.800notes.above they started to used this number to call people 10/24/2013.
I let this call go to voice mail when caller id showed "senior alert", I knew it was a scam. They didn't leave a message, this is a good clue this is a scam

I don't give my phone number to anyone and I especially don't opt-in to anything. Additionally, there aren't even any seniors in my household.
Has called our office twice in the past 10 minutes. Sounds like they are trying to scam senior citizens. Won't take you off the list and won't respond when you try to speak to someone. Same pre-recorded message as the calls from from 323-281-1438, which has also called twice in the past hour and a half. Obviously not legitimate.
