Who called from 3606339636

This number called my cell phone at about 4:10-4:15 est., and the caller ID said it was from Washington. I didn't bother to pick it up. I just added it to the growing list of scam numbers in my contacts list that I don't set a ring tone for.

Received a call from this number just now, but did not leave a message & hung up.

No message, not the first time.
