This number called our business and asked for the owner. (The owner had actually passed away in January). After going rounds about who they were and what they wanted - which they wouldnt answer - I finally gave them to my supervisor. They hung up, but when we called them back we talked to Susan Hackett and the company is Global Resources, they are a small business consulting firm. Pretty much trying to market that they could help us expand our business. We said no and told them to please take us off the call list.
When I answered the phone, a lady was yelling "the Devil went down to Georgia". She told me her name was Susan Hackett and said she called to talk to the Owner. When I told her no owner was available, could I help her she said no, I couldn't and she would call back. Then hung up. Sure sounds like a sales call to me.
The name on the caller id said GPS
I have received numerous calls from this number asking for the Owner. I have men and women calling. They always say they have so & so coming to our area and they want to meet with us for our future growth. I have also told them to lose our number and it will not stop.

Caller from GPS 360-637-4686 asked to speak to owner. I said he was not available and asked what I could help him with - his reply was that he told me what I could help him with he wanted to talk to the owner. He then went on to berate me for what he said was my incorrect questioning. I asked to speak to a manager and he spoke over me and was so rude. I asked him to remove us from their calling list. He laughed and said he didn't need my negativity (????) then hung up on me. Are these calls coming from prison??? No one who works for a real company would ever be able to speak to a prospective customer in this way and keep their job.
