Do not give these people ANY INFORMATION. I received a call yesterday stating they were calling about lower interest rates on my credit card. It is an automated message telling you to press one to speak to a rep. I pressed one and when the rep answered I informed him that I would like to know what credit card they were referring to because I have not had a credit card in years. He promptly hung up.
