Who called from 3606404595

Just got a call on my business cell phone, also Verizon.
Is anyone on another network getting these calls or has someone hacked a list of Verizon #'s?

Got a call an hour ago from this number.  Just FYI to scammers: calling from the town from Twilight makes some people less likely, not more likely, to pick up.
