I have received several of these calls from this same number. I am an AT&T customer I called to complain about this and other numbers calling my phone I was told to report the number to my state attorney generals office. I went on line to find the number(s) to report and the number I called told me that some of these numbers were numbers issued to some of the soldiers before they left to go overseas through magic jack and vonage through the cell carriers in order to keep in touch with family however some of the overseas towers were intercepting these calls and then using them to run up customers rates and monthly fees they are now working with the federal government to stop these calls but as you all know the government can only do so much Ha Ha ....... I was told to keep a log of the number of calls coming from these numbers that have nothing to do with creditors, or telemarketers and to continue to report them to the states attorney general office in whatever state you live in depending on their rules I hope this helps just please remember not to answer these calls because you will be charged or minutes will be deducted from your pay per minute phones.
