Call just came in but could not answer, glad I didn't

Got a call from this number this moring around 9:40 am et. According to what I came accross, this is a Verizon cell phone number out of WA but the sites could be wrong. Who would get up early (6:40 WA time) to call my cell! My cell phone company is Verizon and this is the first time I've received a call from this number and area code.

Same thing here. Missed call, tried back it rang once and then went to busy.

I received the call @ 1:48 and didn't answer as well....Wilmington, NC - I have enough idiots calling my phone and don't need anymore

Just got a call I'm in CT. Didn't answer instead I Google the # & found this website.
