Who called from 3606472184

this # appears on my caller-id several times a week as Amer Readers.  I figure it's a solicitor so I do not answer.

Keep receiving calls from - 360.647.2184 - listed as "unavailable" most of the time. Once it was listed as "Amer Readers"

Reverse Phone Detective - shows that this phone number comes out of: Bellingham, WA.

Google search shows that - American Readers - were part of the "Project Jackpot" crack down by the FTC (for unfair Jackpot & Sweepstakes practices).

see FTC posting 31 OCT 96

I recieve calls from this number all the time, I do not answer the phone,
because I only see the number and the name comes up as unknown.

Same as above, 360647-2184 and it is listed as unknown.  I don't answer.

Called twice both time ask for my surname and then hung up.
