Leaves no message....  I call back and it's always a busy signal

Have called several times at various hours over the past few days

Called didnt leave a message i called back no answer just rings

Shows on message units as APPL RES NORTH  Bellingham Wa.  I don't know anyone in Bellingham, have no need to know anyone in Bellingham, furthermore I never buy anything on the phone unless I personally initiate the call.  So they have called 3 times in two days.  Hmmmm.  Unless they want to give me tax free money and lots of it--I'm not really interested.
