Who called from 3606487896

this number has called me twice without a voicemail and i called back and an automated message says goodbye and disconnects. who is it why are they calling and i want it to stop. i have my number listed on the federal do not call list.

There are number is coming from Onvoy 1 800 933 1224 I called them and they said they would  take my number off There list. I am already on a Do Not Call list.

These people have called 6 times today nobody is on the other end and when I call back it says goodbye! Delet my number!!!!
