We have been getting them regularly. It is an auto-dialer with the click-pause-click pattern. Also, My son is a reasonably recent graduate of Western and my daughter recently took a campus tour.
Left no message, called it... Got something about an "Amnio Hotline"?? Said no valid attendant was available to take call and mailbox was full. Showed a picture of a semi-residential area in Bellingham. Called again to get the name clearer... Heard busy signal.
