we have an unlisted number- so these wierd-type callers must find it somwhere. If you are asked to include your PH-number- just type in "unlisted" ( it helps, but not a cure)- so there must be some stores .e.g. where you shop- who volunteer these ph.numbers. - for $$ ? hmmm. ? maybe?

Major retailers legally can't sell or share phone numbers or email addresses or any information you give them. I have an unlisted emergency cell that only my kids and husband and mother know the number of. Not sure HOW they do it, but they sure are tricky!
