Was called today from Battle Ground WA.  Just lots of background noise when I said hello 2-3 times.  Then I heard a hangup, as I was hanging up.  Other people have posted about 360-667-3012 making nuisance calls that may or may not be debt collection; my initial google query on this -3248 number was redirected to the -3012 page.
