Received a call 2/18/16 from 360-667-3260. Caller ID displayed "Out of Area". However, 360 is my area code. Taking a chance I answered and no one talked at all, it was like it was dead. I'm 100% sure it was an annoying scammer who is so stupid they believe they can scam someone by not talking at all. Their stupidity is probably due to the mind altering drugs they take.
