Called asked for my elderly mother. When I said she was not available and asked who was calling. The man said he was, "Tony from COA. I'll call back later." Then he hung up before I could ask more questions. I called the number back and got a generic recording saying, "..all representatives are busy at this time. What product...."  I did a reverse lookup and asked for it's location. It showed me the church parking lot in downtown Battle Ground, WA. Appears to be a boiler room type of operation targeting seniors per usual. Ugh! These people are like vultures.
