Who called from 3606675412

I just answered call and was automated saying that I have a lawsuit filed against me and that there is an arrest warrant..
Is this real?

I got a call saying that the IRS had filed something against me and that there was a warrant and arrest somewhere in there. They gave me a number to dial immediately but they gave it to me so fast that I couldn't get anything to write it down and they didn't even repeat the number! Usually any numbers given in an automated voice message is given twice so I was surprised. I don't know if it's real or not! My phone says it was called from somewhere in WA though.

The IRS does not initiate communications
with a "cold call" to unsuspecting people.
Instead
The IRS always sends snailmail letters first!
