Robo call claimed to be "Final notice from IRS" that they are filing a lawsuit against me. For further info on this case file I should call the office ( 360-688-9786) . I didn't. Filed complaint with FCC instead. Obvious spoofing/phishing scam.
Voice mail said that the IRS is filling a law suite. I called back and told the agent, that IRS doesn't sue, they audit and investigate and also why are they calling me from WA state since I'm in Texas and IRS has an office here. She hung up.
It's a scam.
This is a scam!!!! This number claims to be the legal Dept for the IRS. It is a recording claiming that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you and you need to call immediately.
