This is a collection agency. Do not answer. They will try to get you to negotiate a deal over the phone, obtain your checking, credit, debit card information, then wipe your bank account out completely, regardless of what they claim you can pay them. This company is usually hired by shyster type businesses,(and may be connected to M-Bank) who are on the fringe of the law in operating. If you do decide to deal with them, then make sure, they do everything by mail, and only pay with a money order from the Post Office. Never, disclose any of your banking information to them. It is recommended, you also block any phone numbers they are using to call you on your reject list. This forces them, to put all their contact with you, in writing. Hire an attorney to represent you as well.
