Received a call for an ex daughter in law... want to know why they are calling and how they got my number in the first place

Steve smith call me from this number all the time, does not leave message any more. I have been doing research on these callers and i believe they are scammers.

Does anyone have the name and address of this caller.  How do you send out a Cease and Desist letter if no address is in place?

Criminals using our home number illegaly! Tried using Her phone to receive our phone calls! Looking for A Man with a record from 2006!

I believe they ate scammers, they call all the time with incomplete info.
