I found this to be a Ft Lewis number on Caller ID "Us A" after the words "Ft Lewis." It called, I answered live, no voice and it hung up. We're a business and it called middle of the workday.

this is usually the return phone number that I get when someone from Ft.Lewis calls me and they don't have a civilian number. I have gotten calls from Madigan Army Hospital before from this number - its a phone hub so to speak.
