For the past month this number calls a couple of times a day and all I get is someone speaking what sounds like gibberish or some foreign language that I am unfamiliar with and then they hang up.  Information shows it is a Cingular Wireless number based in Vancouver, WA.
I don't know if someone is playing a joke or if they are really just calling the wrong number.
