Just got a call from them and asked them to take my number off their list.  The lady then said something to the effect that they were offering a "public" service.  She would not agree to take my number off their list.  They obviously appear to be in violation of the "do not call" policy.  This is the third time these people have called.  The other times the number on the caller id said "anonymous".  I haven't check yet for this call.

I got a call too, from some gal claiming to do free of charge scans for Heart Check America. All I had to do was answer some questions i.e. Age; Height, Weight, the names of both me and my husband; and, our work schedules. What does our work schedules have to do with anything???? I started challenging her on this stuff and she hung up on me. But get this, it wasn't from the 360-722-5445 phone number. It was showing up on my caller ID as 000-000-0000 ..........a number that couldn't be identified and you couldn't get back to. The only way to find out who was calling was to directly answer the phone and talk to them. I've been getting these phone calls lately, several times a day. Everytime it went to my answering machine, they'd hang up. I wasn't answering the calls because of the strange number on my caller ID. I finally answered to find out who it was. If they're legit, why are they calling from a non-discript number that can't be identified???

Just got a call for the free heart scan and they said they were from Heart Check America....asked for phone and email address....same questions as all you guys.... No number showed up on caller Id and we finally picked up.  Husband finally hung up because they would not accept that we could not give them a time to come in for the checkup... this is strange to us as the Medical comununity never goes this route and nothing is ever free.....

Heart Scan America uses hard sell tactics to get seniors to give up their money for tests their doctors should be administering.  Beware, the free scan offered is a bait to sell you their 10 year service program and have you return to their strip mall "medical screening" office.  Don't fall prey to the sales pitches.  Real doctors don't need to bully you into cardiac testing.
