Trying to capitalize on Obamas farce credit card programs. Do not answer a call from this number.

Called and asked if i was paying too much for my tv service. hanged up

recorded calls all day

Don't answer- recorded message keeps going and you can't call out on your phone for awhile!
I had an emergency and could not get the recorded message to stop playing.  I kept hanging up, and when I picked the phone up to use it the recorded message was still playing....it kept going.  My cell phone does not work and I had to go to my neighbors to  use the phone!

Didn't answer, due to the previous guy's warning. Thank you!
