We got a call from this number at 3:56am and were very worried---we have friends and family overseas and the Called ID showed: "Out of Area" and the number looked like it could have been from the UK. After looking through our address books we decided that this could have been a US number. I checked "White Pages" reverse look up and it showed that the number belongs to a Telemarketer in Bremerton, WA.
To say we are furious doesn't even come close! How dare they call at this hour. When you get calls at this hour of the morning it usually means that someone is in trouble or has died!

Why are all these scammers concentrated in the state of Washington?
